Admission to the Global Executive Master’s in Human Resource Leadership is highly selective and the senior-most human resource executive of the sponsoring company must personally sponsor each candidate. The following criteria should be used to choose the appropriate candidates for this advanced program.

In addition, the sponsoring company must make a commitment to help the candidate balance the demands of his or her work with the demands of this special program. High potential leaders from senior management positions outside of HR that are targeted for career progression into HR should also be considered for the program. Individual pre-program reading and preparatory initiatives will be structured to help ensure their success in the Global EMHRL program. Final determination of the degree candidates will be made based on the recommendation of the senior-most human resource executive of the sponsoring company and the assessment of the program faculty. Each candidate will also be interviewed by the Program Directors and selected members of the Global Executive Master’s in Human Resource Leadership faculty.
