Capstone Exercise

Each participant, in conjunction with program faculty and their sponsoring organization, will identify a critical issue facing their business and HR organization. A project will be defined to assess the issue and provide recommendations for resolution. The project will require application of learning gained throughout the entire program. It will culminate in a presentation to senior management with focus on problem identification, recommendation and implementation.
