The Global Executive Master’s in Human Resource Leadership program (Global EMHRL) at Rutgers University is a unique, one-year, international program designed to develop the next generation of global HR leaders. Linking business and HR strategy with theory and research, this accelerated program builds upon Rutgers’ highly ranked Master of Human Resource Management program, targeting high potential HR talent on a trajectory to achieve top HR leadership positions.
Focusing on the external context of the firm, the role of HR in competitive organizations, and the efficacy of the top HR position within the firm – graduates will be prepared to assume the role of Senior HR VPs in major corporations. In addition, sponsoring organizations will receive a key take-away from the program: an action-learning project analyzing an important issue faced by their organization.
Split into four two-week sessions held in four different international locations throughout the year, the Global EMHRL program provides participants with a unique global immersion and networking experience in addition to classroom interaction with Rutgers’ world-renowned faculty and special guest speakers.
